Drinks at The Store are curated with care. They’re part of how people spend time here – arriving for an aperitif, settling in on the rooftop, staying for another round.
That sense of intention is most clearly expressed through our spirit range.
Created exclusively for The Store, the range was developed to be enjoyed here. Not as a private label, and not for wide distribution, but as a collection shaped specifically for how we drink, eat and gather.
That approach was recognised this year when our London Dry Gin was named World’s Best London Dry Gin at the World Gin Awards. Our Vodka was also awarded a Gold Medal at the World Spirit Awards. Both sit naturally within the wider range, rather than defining it.
Working with Hawkridge Distillers
The spirit range was created in partnership with Hawkridge Distillers, an independent distillery based in the North Wessex Downs. From the outset, the collaboration was close and considered, with time spent developing each spirit properly before anything was signed off.
The collection includes white and dark rum, whisky, tequila blanco and reposado, alongside our gin and vodka. Every expression is bespoke to The Store and poured here.
On the Rooftop
On the Rooftop, the spirit range sits at the centre of a bespoke cocktail menu, developed specifically around it. Each drink is built in response to the spirit it’s based on, rather than adapted from an existing list.
Elsewhere, the same spirits appear in more straightforward serves, alongside food or on their own.
