Guest Chef Pop-Ups at The Store

This year, Treadwell opens its kitchen to two chefs whose names need little introduction. Across February and April, Sabrina Gidda and Rosemary Shrager each take over the restaurant for a small number of dates, bringing their own perspective, personality and approach to the menu.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all programme, these pop-ups are about contrast.
Two chefs. Two moments in the calendar. One kitchen, seen through different lenses.

Sabrina Gidda | 13 & 14 February 2026

A familiar face on television and one of the UK’s most exciting contemporary chefs, Sabrina Gidda brings expressive, flavour-driven cooking to Treadwell for a Valentine’s pop-up served across two nights only.

Her five-course menu includes dishes such as achari salmon tostada, chicken & prawn agnolotti in miso dashi, rump of lamb with preserved lemon zhoug, and hot chocolate mousse with banana ice cream. Each evening begins with a welcome cocktail and ends with a gift from the chef to take away.

Guests can join us for dinner alone or make a night of it with an overnight stay and breakfast the following morning.

Rosemary Shrager | 17 & 18 April 2026

In April, Rosemary Shrager brings a very different energy to the kitchen. One of Britain’s most recognisable chefs, Rosemary is celebrated for her warmth, generosity and deep knowledge of classic cuisine.

Her two-night pop-up at Treadwell focuses on timeless dishes and elegant technique, with a menu that includes celeriac cappuccino, smoked haddock gratin, navarin of lamb with dauphinoise, and chocolate truffle cake with caramel sauce.

As with Sabrina’s evenings, guests can book dinner only or choose to extend the experience with an overnight stay and breakfast.

A shared table, different voices

These guest chef pop-ups reflect Treadwell’s belief in cooking with personality rather than formula. Two chefs, two distinct approaches, brought to the kitchen across a small number of dates.

Bookings are now open for both events.
